Anyone use the muscle milk protein powder...if so I was just wondering if its a good selection and if it works...

Yes muscle milk works fine! Make sure you take protein with in 30 mins of your work out to ensure proper muscle growth! This protein is good if you are lactose free as well !!

Chocolate milk and peanut butter blended are a great protein and not a bunch of chemicals.
