Spend time after the workout stretching the muscles that hurt. Hold each stretch for a good 30 seconds. This will decrease muscle soreness whilst increasing flexibility also 👍

Leg aches are the worst. I take glutamine to help with recovery. And of course protein too.

I need some advice on what I can do to stop the aching in my legs ... After a leg workout my legs are like jelly... 😫😫

Post-workout soak in a hot tub or bath usually works to relieve muscle soreness after squating, for me.
