Trying to stay motivated
Ive been on and off my "weightloss journey" for about a year and a half ive managed to loose 45 lbs which is great but progress has been slow I need motivation I just started working out again hope I can stay on track this time .. I need to loose 40 more wish me luck...
Your body vould.be used to a routine so don't be afraid to mix it up a little and sometimes add new movements. Great motivational videos would be by ct fletcher, dana linn bailey and Mike rashid. All of who are weight lifters and body builders but they are extremely motivational. Never give up and keep going. Always tell yourself you can do it because you can. Good luck!
