New to this app. Any advice on how to.get started properly

Find something you're willing to commit to and show up every day! When I first started it was power walking 6 days a week for 30-45 minutes and at least 1-60 minute walk.

Have a goal in mind; lose weight or gain muscle or anything specific and work towards it. Being committed is the key :)
