Hey peeps. Im a recent non smoker... (quit a month ago) and now that im getting past the brunt of it im ready to get healthy and fit :-). Thankfully I have a healthy metabolism but definitely need to work on my flexibility, strength and endurance. Im an RMT for work so know quite alot about anatomy and physiology... now hopefully will learn some more about exercise science and nutrition.
