Im almost a yr out....try nit to lift more than 45lbs if you was not a gymer before surgery. Avoid a lot of twisting and bend with waist not back. I never worked out until after surgery. I bench 65 kind of scared to go up and i squat 105lbs....just talk to doctor about it
