Looking for a workout buddy that will help motivate a 48 year old obese woman lose some weight! I've just started playing table tennis 2 nights a week and want to focus on yoga/ flexibility/ stretches. Any takers?

Thanks Josh.  Overall everything. But I want to focus on my thigh muscles. I'm a bicyclist and need to have the endurance to keep up w my baggee friends on long trips.
