I found this app wheb browsing Google Play. I used cardio trainer before but it seem the developers had abandoned it.
I worked in oil & gas industry with irregular travelling assignment offshore and onshore.
During these assignments, i would indulged any food i love .
I prefer sports to workouts because i don't have reliable gym buddies.
Now i trying to do a short casual/ fitness cycling at least twice a week.
I need advice for healthy diet based on malaysian foods (we just love spicy fried food).
