Anyone in the east LA area wanna get together in the later evenings to workout?
I'm near Atlantic and Whittier. There is a park right there we could do it at, or I'm open to other locations.
I have dumbbells I can bring. I'd like to do beginner to moderate intensity and work up to harder.
I figure we can just pick workouts at random that interest us, like a workout sample platter and find our groove. I'm interested in toning, mild bulking up and increasing flexibility. (Touch my toes? I can barely touch my knees!) Eventually running or biking.
