How do you add your calories burned?

I worked out on the treadmill today and I don't know how to add the calories that I burned.

Just eat chocolates or go and google calorie rich food... U will find it urself

Go to settings and then to personal info.
Then choose your age and weight.
You have to do the treadmill again but from there the calories will be added to every workout

Beer?  Lol, I don't drink.  Sorry I guess I wasn't clear, I don't want to add to my calorie intake.  I thought maybe there was a place on this app that kept track of calories burned during workouts.
