looking to build upper body if you have any tips or advice plz its welcome

Up your protein.... heavy weights less reps, light weights more reps. Rotate the arm and chest days and change up the routine often, to give them "shock" treatment.

I've read that working your legs can help raise testosterone and your body's natural growth hormone which could have a secondary benefit of adding size all over including your upper body..so I'd make sure to add some squats and deadlifts in there as well!
