Good morning...I highly recommend downloading myfitnesspal to your phone or tablet...great app to keep track of your calories and weight loss...my user name is kanesdad add me and ill accept

I have Fitness Pal, but do the Skimble workouts download to My Fitness Pal or do you manually input your workouts? Thanks, Colleen

Already have it...Its awesome! I used it last year to lose 89 lbs :-) Im still on there now, I log in daily although Im pregnant Im trying to stay active through the pregnancy. Then after the baby mfp will be a HUGE help in losing the pregnancy weight.
