Any help getting six packs fast!
Im new user so hi to all 😺

I've read that the single most effective ab exercise are bicycle crunches, and the second most effective are VKRs.

Tax your abs don't just do one workout or stop cause its starts to burn. Kill the crap out of your abs. Target different parts. Create a circuit with 1 minute increments. It also helps by doing squats and standing during shoulder presses. Lunges as well. Anything that makes you balance will definitely help but figure out some ab exercises you can do and if you have to cry a little it's ok haha just tax them

There is no fast way to a 6 pack. If you rush it you will end up with skinny abs from a low body fat percentage. Anyway here is a study done with emg on abs to rank best - worst .

Do lots of planks. There this workout in skimble, Plankster challenge and extreme Plankster challenge. Really effective.
