Newbie... a little history and progress
Hi all... so about 5 months ago i weighed 134kgs. Started eating better and exercising. Cut most refined carbs amd sugars. No fizzy drinks. Have non starchy veg and protein with salads
Progress.... from size 50 pants to a comfortable 42.
I now weigh 106 kgs.
Goal... 85kgs even if it takes me another year!
I train 4 days a week with a super personal trainer. And 2 days on my own.
A little update... im down to double digits finally!
Weighed yesterday and scale read 99.6kgs. So i lost a total of 34 kgs now. Started on 34 percent body fat. I am now on 23.5 percent. Trying to get to 15 percent

Thanks hey! Been taking easy this past week because my wife gave birth to our first kid. A healthy baby girl.
Did some cardio and arms today
