So i use to be really over weight and then i lost weight ! But my arms are still freakishly big ! id love to know some workouts or tricks to make this extra stuff on my arms go away !

Cross pushups with 1 hand and 1 hand cross the body. .6 -6 with both hands rotation..dumbell or bells use also helps.

Use the workout filter to look up tricep. Several of those exercises will help you firm up the arms.

You can't control where you lose fat! So the only thing you can do is losing more weight/fat with a diet and cardio.
