Okay so my mom been working out forever. I just started. Im eating her healthy food and doing dvd workouts. I heard this is really good. So im going to try it out starting tomorrow. I have a gym opening next month. Im hopeing to lose about 20-25 pounds by decmber 19th. Anyone else whose my weight 146 hopeing to lose weight or just tone their body up.?
