What kind of workouts i should use to loose weight of my legs!!

Sprint intervals!! Most people hate them, but everyone loves the results!!!!

This is a great idea. I'd also recommend squatting and pistols to tone your legs. You can't lose weight only in your legs. Weight loss happens all over your body at the same time. The only thing that you can do to help out your legs is to work on building definition in them.
