Chest HELP

My chest right now is like a rock, only goes in like a centimeter (Iwant to keep it like that.). I would like it to grow, but not become floppy. Does your chest just automaticly become movable the more you exersize it, or does it just stay solid and get bigger? If it does, is their a benifate?

Getting a bigger chest is probably the easiest part to get while exercising simply because of the exercises that target directly to your chest. .... Your are going to have to eat plenty of proteins and meats to build size ..... To make sure that you don't get flabby make sure that you do plenty of different chest exercises search up online .......also make sure that you run so that your body can get cardio

Also when lifting weights do heavier weights with less repititions and big breaks in-between sets
