Making your own workouts
So I've created my own work regime that I'm really enjoying, but was wondering how you create your own on here :-/ I've been using other people's workouts on here but want my own. Thanks :-)
Click on workouts at the bottom of the screen... then click the menu button. You should see a create workout choice. Let me know if you don't see that...
Right, the thing is that many not paying users have created more than three workouts as well, so I'm a bit puzzled. Is this limitation a new addition?
Can i create workouts with reps instead of minutes, like 3 sets of 10
