It can be tempting when lifting weights to lift very heavy & do short reps. But switching it up between that and higher reps with lighter reps are best for muscle tissue. So, I pretty much agree with the previous comment. C;

Old fashioned bodybuilding lifts build the most muscle. Eat at least 1g protein per pound of bodyweight 40 before and 40 after workouts and you'll be fine.
