I welcome myself to Workout Trainer
The comments below are what I will do
1. Workout 6 days a week: Saturday Rest Day
2. Take water breaks in between workouts
3. Push as hard as I can
4. Work hard and lose weight
5. Stay focused only on the workout
Hope you guys do that. Cause today's my first day of workout trainer to get sweaty and sweaty and sweaty and as possibly sweaty as I can. I want you guys to do it.
