I'm new here and wonder, how often do y'all work out, when? how do you warm up and do you do you mix it with cardio? My.major.problem is lack in motivation and financial ties. Iam more of the outdoor type of person but since fall is around I thought I'd start working out at home. How do you keep yourself motivated and going? I like to get out of the house and meet new people but also need to save up money so Iam still weighing my options.

Thanks for the feedback, I mostly ride my bike, take walks or go Nordic Walking. Iam thinking about a gym membership so I can mix in some Pilates or Zumba classes. Or start with morning gymnastics. I get bored doing the same stuff over again.
