Do some foods make you sick like me

Today I came home after swimming and cycling,I picked up some coconut and gobbled down a few chunks,Ive spent the last hour with my head down the loo,v nasty,Im now having trouble with chilli,and even slightly spicey food I loved before gets stuck in my throat,feels like I cant breath and badly sick,hate this to happen on a date!

Sounds like you could be allergic.. Should get a test done

I agree,  sounds like you have a food allergy.  Benadryl should help but may put you to sleep.  If it gets worse,  go to a doctor immediately,  otherwise,  get an allergy test,  and avoid that or any other foods which make you feel similar in the future
