Helllo, everyone..
So im new to this and to the world of fitness.. I am a wife and mother of 2.. I decided to start working out and to get in shape #1 for Healthy reasons, #2 just to kids my busy boys! #3 to give my husband something he can't keep his off of..

Any suggestions as to which program i should start first?.. Don't want to hurt myself by starting too strong.
