Have people seen results? Any advice for weight loss
Hello i am new I'm very motivated to lose about 25 pounds. I am doing my work out plans it's about 4 weeks long and I do additional workouts and eating decent. I read an article that said 80% of fat is what you eat and only 20% is exercise. I want to know what would be the best foods to eat? And the best exercises I can do to get results. What are the red your getting? ? Thanks :)
