I have been trying to lose weight for the last 3 months I eat healthy but for some reason i dont lose weight i have been killing myself at the gym 3 times a week. Nothing seems to work...i am trying to get rid of my stomach fat do you know how to help me out

Kill your scale! Or maybe that's extreme, but the point is you can very well be burning fat/building muscle and having your weight stay the same. Since working out more aggressively over the last year, i have lost less than 5 pounds, but my body fat percentage has dropped over 5% and i definitely notice clothes fit differently (in fact had to buy some new ones) i'd say keep it up and watch yourself for more subtle changes in how things fit or how you look rather than just what the scale says. only other thought - watch your diet....

Well i try to eat clean everyday but i cant always be buying food since im shortage of money otherwise i would eat clean everyday thank you
