I need to loose 50 pounds in 2 months before i sign up for the navy

When are you going? I have to drop 40 for the same reason

Ladies if your goal is the navy then I'd say you need more than just this. Start on this intense program for about a week maybe 2 but then you need to start adding to this program the actual Navy training circuits so that you can achieve the Navy standards without a problem. Check this page and include it to your training

It's a pdf navy approved on the pre-PFT Good Luck on your goals for your cases I would go more for INSANITY program it would be money well spent.

Go NAVY! I havebeen a Navy mom for almost 4 years now. Keep someone close who can provide you with inspiration. You will need the support sometimes through the challenges of being in the military.
