After 2 days of working out . I'm still sore a lot :/
Totally normal just remember to give yourself a 24 hour break soon and then keep up, in a couple of weeks the pain just fades away if you keep constant to your training
Keep stretching to loosen off the stiffness. After a few weeks you'll see your fitness improve and your body will start recovering much quicker. Stick with it sis! Trust me :)
