Belly fat is lost in the kitchen. Any workout can help burn fat but you cant just workout to lose only belly fat.

You can't spot train... When you lose weight your body decides where its coming from. To burn the fat Id recommend hiit cardio workouts, bodyweight circuits, etc.... You can focus on tightening your core by adding in ab exercises like: burpees, crunches, scissor kicks, mountain climbers, leg lifts, situps, russian twists, v-ups, hanging leg raises, etc.
Another IMPORTANT key to losing weight/tightening your core = changing your eating habits. Clean eating, less refined sugars, processed foods, fried foods. More fresh veggies, fruits, proteins and lots of water.
