Sorry I took soo long to reply, but yea I am a personal trainer but I do it as a hobby so I don't not charge I was also a beach body coach I having an extreme amount of knowledge when it comes to p90x 123 and insanity, asylum, t25, the best thing I think in my opinion that beach body has to offer is shakeology, it is insane the amount of effort the packed in that shake there's nothing more healthier and better for the body then that shake once again in my opinion. :-)
