so i have had knee problems n the past n last couple days ive tweaked it just a bit now it hurts to put pressure on it.. havent been to gym three days cus of it .. wat can i do at home to keep myself strong n achieve all my goals if im injured??

You should do what doesn't pressure your knee : exercises that are casual, workouts that don't include your knee

I'm curious to know how much water you drink compared to soda and other juices. It made a diff for me with knee problems.

main thing i drink is water or v8 products... like the berry blend juice also silk milk.. idk but is terrible...

Well if you aren't a soda addict then I'd say you need to get that checked for low colagen. One way to workout is to sit and lift your feet with a small amount of weight on your feet
