so i have had knee problems n the past n last couple days ive tweaked it just a bit now it hurts to put pressure on it.. havent been to gym three days cus of it .. wat can i do at home to keep myself strong n achieve all my goals if im injured??
main thing i drink is water or v8 products... like the berry blend juice also silk milk.. idk but is terrible...
