What's your body fat % goal for the upcoming year, mine is 7-8%.

About 15-20% I'm 43 so that would be fine for me!!!! 10 lbs and I'm done!!

My BMI is 20%, I'd like to get it down to 15%

How do you learn bmi  Abdominal Foundation I

Well let me start off by saying bmi is your body mass index it let's you know basically where you should be as of weight. Go google and type bmi calculator there you should put in your info and it should give you your current bmi and what bmi you should be. Now for body fat % they sell calipers in any fitness store, you can also buy weight machine that can tell you your body fat %

This past May mine was 10% I got to 12%. I'm trying to build mass now so I don't care about bf% but once summer rolls around I'll shoot for 5%

Damn five percent that's tuff to maintain I've gotten there before but honestly my face just starts looking like a skeleton. That's why I just go for that 7-8
