I'm looking for an effective diet and exercise routine for a third shift worker.Art of Exercise: Free Level I

I work a rotating shift. 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nites, 12 hours a shift. On days I exercise after work and nites before work. Just gotta squeeze it in when you can. Good luck to you :-)
