Any tips ??

have 6meals a day interval workout and compound workout 1gal of water a day and 6hrs of sleep and youll be good for summer ;)

Depends on what ur overall goal and development plans are..idk I'd start small, try the cut and chiseled workout, then a dumbbell workout like wicked weights, then  follow up with the wicked stretching workout.. it's a start.. Good luck
