Cardio Abdomen Gluts
So I created this workout.
I try to stick to it everyday. Since it only takes less than 20mins. Plus it targets all of my problem areas.
CARDIO for strong physique and weight Lost.
ABDOMINAL workout for a flat small waist.
BUM BUM BUM BUTTOCKS nice Buns.

Try it and let me hear your feedback for improvements and stuff.

Wow it's amazing, except after my run and skip I was already dead when i got to it, si I'll try it as a transition between the two, but it's a fantastic workout! I was interested to see like the punching thing etc but its stuff I never do so it's quite a food workout for me, thanx!

Good to know :) I'll improve it soon and add perhaps a bit of warm-ups and cooldowns. Just keep it up and it will be easy enough for you sooner or later. Have a good day sexy

OK so I have updated this workout and added a bit of quick warm-ups and cooldowns just to complete the whole workout. Try it. :)
