My name is Rahul. I was doing workout everyday for like more than a year.. Few months back (May 2014), I was injured with neck and shoulder blade injury because of which I could not follow my daily schedule for next 3 months. It was horrible injury but because of regular stretching I got over it.
But now problem is my schedule is off. I am no more a regular fitness lover :-(
I want to get back to my fitness workout. I used to have a lot of endurance, I can hardly run 2kms now. I gained alomst 4kg of wait. I am 5' 6" and weighing 77kg which is too much..
I stumbled upon this app and community. I hope I'll be getting a good guidance and training here..
