Hi all.. I am a new-ish mommy of two.. My kids are finally at an age where I can have a little more me time.. I've never really had to worry about weight til now and it's not leaving without a fight(the weight)! I was skimming over all of the workouts... There are so many! How do I know which ones to do or am I supposed to do them all?

You can try them all and use the ones that you appeal to you and work the best
