Hello, I'm new to this. I used to go to a good step class twice a week that left you useless the next day for the first two weeks and she did arms and core. I work those days now and need to ease back into it so I don't get to sore because I walk a lot at work. I want to lose 10lbs by the start of spring (oh and I work at a pizza place) so diet isn't to bad but pizza at least twice a week. Any tips on work outs for targeting the core, any good articles or videos?

Yo! To shed some muscle fast you gotta work out by using Tabatas and circuit training (HIIT work outs) as they Rev up your metabolism, permitting you to burn even while resting for the next 24 hours. Abs Tabata Devastation this is an Abs tabata created by me. Lara Croft 's Workout and this is another tabata created by me as a functional training workout they don't take much time, but if you give all you got, trust me, you won't be disappointed. 3 times a week are enough :)
