Just found this app and it looks pretty promising so i jumped at the chance to give this a shot.
I'm approx. 282lbs right now, with a goal of losing at least 40lbs by late June, or early July of 2015.
Its a short term goal, since im reality i wanna be healthy and fit for the long run.
Im always looking for buddies and accountability partners as well as tips and advice.
The best bit of advice i can give you aside from eating well is to remain consistent!

Drink lots of water and get plenty rest also. Very important
