hi, I just started doing this workout for about 4 days ago... I range from 15-30min. workout but I get tired after 10-15 minutes of my workout. Any advise to be not to?
B Vitamins! You can snack on some almonds or get a good b complex and take the recommended dosage 15 - 20 minutes before you workout. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water during as well.
It will definitely help, any nutrients will give you calories to burn during a workout!

Workout and keep pushing yourself to build stamina and mental attention levels.
Sleep well, drink well, eat well....keep pushing yourself.
Supplements aren't needed to do that...you cant buy everything and motivation is one of them things.
Tired? good it means its working... now focus on doing the exercises good and you will notice at the end of the month you be able to do more than 20 minutes...
15 min workout burns calories... 30 min fat...
