Morning or Night?

So I've been getting up early to work out instead of later on after work...not sure what I like better..any opinions

I prefer morning coz it sets me up for the day.

I don't think there's a rule...It depends on you.
I've tried early in the morning when I was in high school, but now that I'm home more often I prefer 7 pm, this way I have a shower then dinner and go to bed to have rest, forgetting the stress and all.

I like later in the day. I get better results I can push harder. I like having a few meals in me before I hit the gym. I've tried morning and it's ok bit I definitely can push harder later in the day.

Personally I find that if I don't train first thing in the morning, I find all kinds of excuses not to do anything at all. But that's me. There is no "correct" time. We are all different and so are our lives. The ideal time is the one you find you can and will stick with.
