So I've been getting up early to work out instead of later on after work...not sure what I like better..any opinions
I prefer morning coz it sets me up for the day.
I don't think there's a rule...It depends on you.
I've tried early in the morning when I was in high school, but now that I'm home more often I prefer 7 pm, this way I have a shower then dinner and go to bed to have rest, forgetting the stress and all.
I like later in the day. I get better results I can push harder. I like having a few meals in me before I hit the gym. I've tried morning and it's ok bit I definitely can push harder later in the day.
