Do full body workouts. The fat from your face and neck come off with everything else, even more so when you eat right. To the other guy, you're retarded. She didn't ask for your opinion, she wanted answers.

Why do you have to judge her instead of answering a simple question? You don't know if she wanted to know for someone else and also, so what if she did want to? Her decision, not yours.

Did she ask for an opinion? No, so therefore it was stupid to give.  That's not being in a bad mood, that's just common sense.

Bodyfat comes off from here, there and everywhere. Unfortunately there is no way of spot reducing, tough some will try to tell you differently. The best exercises are full body exercises, squats, pushups, pullups if you are able (I've tried for 8 years and still can't, lol). Eat right and work out, be consistent and keep 90% compliance with "perfect".

OMG being misused by this guy and I'm so fed up with these kind of complements "no you don't need to count calories/ eat healthy you're not fat" guess they don't know shit about bf % and these "opinions" are seldom taken as compliments what I hear is your goals are worthless which can be disturbing at times

Agree with you 21.56% :) which is ,y ok-looking-in-ckothes but too-high-without BFP ! And I wish there was a way to track bfp here, not just weight. Sure we need to know the weight to k ow how much is fat/lean once we k ow our bfp, but the % is more important than the weight itself. Goal % is 17. What my weight will be at that point is irrelevant. Circumference and bfp is what counts.
