Yeah at the grocery store, look for the bean section. They should say "Magic" and they should be glowing and sparkling.

Do yoga. It stretches your limbs and losens your joints. Due to this and a stronger core and better posture you'll become somewhat taller. After doing yoga regularly since January I now reach shelves in the kitchen that I couldn't reach before.

PS. Random internet dudes sharing their personal preferences regarding a woman's length isn't what she asked for. DS.

Hi, if you are in your early to mid 20s you can still grow taller with clean living,  sleep, a calm state, clean regular eating, good sourses of protein and of course exercise - yoga stretches the body- balances the hormones thus promoting growth.   Body building, sprints and swiming produce growth hormone.   I have seen it happen in my own family where people just grow by following the above- still in thier 20s by an inch or two.  Good luck :)
