Do yoga. It stretches your limbs and losens your joints. Due to this and a stronger core and better posture you'll become somewhat taller. After doing yoga regularly since January I now reach shelves in the kitchen that I couldn't reach before.

Hi, if you are in your early to mid 20s you can still grow taller with clean living, sleep, a calm state, clean regular eating, good sourses of protein and of course exercise - yoga stretches the body- balances the hormones thus promoting growth. Body building, sprints and swiming produce growth hormone. I have seen it happen in my own family where people just grow by following the above- still in thier 20s by an inch or two. Good luck :)
