FINALLY got in the final workout in that first 7 day challenge.. Life happens ya kno. But its not an excuse to fall off and STAY off!! I had my bad days. And im back to better days!! Lets do this!!
Was gonna wait till manana for the next 7 day program.. but why put off for tmrw what can be accomplished today!!!!??

Good job!!! I am doing 2 different challenges and I hope finish soon. I have been working out everyday and I am really proud of myself too!! It's amazing how good you feel when u take care of yourself like u should
