This app needs cool down stretches. Not properly stretching doesn't help the healing process and more soreness days to follow.
Um... It does have good stretches. You just have to search in the workouts or programs sections
Really? I tried looking..even though I'm well aware of stretches..but haven't seen any except yoga and that can be a work out in itself
OK found a search button but I'm meaning like a full stretch session, preferably at the end of each work out that goes hand and hand with the work outs preformed
I agree. But from my own knowledge and experience yoga really helps to keep you flexible and even though it's a workout itself it can take the soreness away. I know if you workout a muscle and you get the soreness. The best way is to workout that muscle a day later with ease and it should take away all that lactic acid (don't quote me on that name) which therefore taking the soreness away.
