Been here a while but new ,what exercises are best??
Any! It depends on what u are trying to accomplish. You have to push yourself,, can't take the easy way out
Dont really find this helpful sorry to say,Ive had a few injuries so no all exercises will not be ok,and i dont expect things to be easy,anyone else?
You should mention the injuries you have otherwise how do you expect one to know what specific exercises to recommend to you and what you should avoid!!
Type in search.. Begginer then this app will gave u a better exercise..

In my opinion if you're brand new to the gym you should use your first couple weeks to do some whole body workouts (they have some really good ones here if you search) You'll see results much more quickly and you'll also build a good foundation for more targeted workouts later. Hope this helps!
