Hi I am new here what is the best way to use the app? I am planning to start exercising 3 times per wk. which workout are the best or how I am suppose to mix them or for how long should i do the same workout

Its whatever your body can do. Are you trying to lose weight??... Build muscle??

You should do one exercise for at least 20 minutes and combine with other activities
