Overweight middle aged woman I needs suggestions

Yes I am talking about myself! I am new here. I'm looking for a way to get started without stress in my body since I'm very very overweight. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Start with minor changes for example, your food habits eat healthier but don't completely change your diet your body needs to progress slowly.... Completely cut out fast food this might sound extremely impossible but if I can do it you can mind you I ate fast food probably twice a day before. :) & start exercising do a 15 minute cardio before bed or when you get up jumping jacks, go for a walk anything just do it you can!

Take ur time and about something positive include your favorite up tempo song that gets u going.  Most of all think about the results.

Start with heart because its the main source of everything you do   Short breaths in and  out so you can develop rhythm.
