Yes I have a Lil workout  calendar...that basically gives u the number of squats per day. I try to the most I can.

Do as many squats as you can do that day, do a variety of them, toes pointed out, toes pointed stright. That'll tone the outsides of your thighs and the tops. Also for the backs of your thighs, get on all fours and kick one leg back and up. For calves stand on one leg on a step, push into a tippy toe fashion then release letting your heel dip down past the edge of the step, that way you'll get a wider range and quicker progress. And one legged squats when you get to the point that hundreds of squats don't tire you.
