I'm new to this app/community but I took a moment to explore and it seems great! I have been weightlifting and into fitness for a few years now, but only recently have become serious about nutrition and taking my fitness to the next level. I hope to inspire others and be inspired in the process.

I agree!! It's took me a while to get this in my head and I've come away from the quick fix/crash dieting/can't be bothered exercising mentality.
